What are the rental rates?

Pricing varies based on number of guests and hour of the rental (set-up/break-down times are included in your rental fee).  

What is the deposit needed to reserve my date?

A 50% deposit of the venue rental fee and a signed copy of The Poquito Stret Events Contract are required to secure your date.  This is a non-refundable charge and will go towards your total rental fee.

Can I just drop in or do I need an appointment?

All visits are scheduled by appointment.

What is the noise policy?

We have a strict noise policy.  We require that all events be over and breakdown completed by 10:00PM.  Renter may extend rental period for cleanup if needed but needs to be approved by owner.  Any noise complaints/fines by the city will be taken out of the security deposit.

Who caters my event?

You are not restricted to a certain catered, however, we do have a list of some great catering companies that we have worked with.  

What is the contingency plan in the event of inclement weather?

The indoor space is available for smaller events, however for larger events where guests will not all fit inside, a tent will need to be rented through Poquito Street Events or outside vendor.  Please contact us in the event that you need a rental and we can discuss.

What is your alcohol policy?

Poquito Street Events is a BYOB facility. Approved bar staffing companies are required for most events and there are several wonderful companies we can recommend for you to choose from if your caterer does not offer bar services. 

Do you allow DJ’s or Live Music?

No.  Out of respect of our neighbors and neighborhood we do not allow DJ’s or live music. You may use our personal speaker, or your own, and can play until 10PM.

Where can our guests park?

The driveway can hold up to 6 cars tightly, but there is plenty of street parking around the neighborhood. 

What is your maximum occupancy?

The maximum occupancy is 50 guests.

Are you pet friendly?

We have had plenty of doggie ring bearers and flower girls! Please let us know in advance is you would like to bring your pet(s) onsite.  The fee for pets is $150.00.

What is included in our venue rental?

You have access to the entire outside of the property, including the pool, along with the downstairs area of the house.  The downstairs features a dining room, living room, fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, and laundry room/butlers pantry. 

There are two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs available at an additional cost that can be used for storage, dressing rooms, etc. 

Along with onsite lodging (by request) there are many hotels located nearby and the venue is less than 2 miles from downtown Austin. We are happy to provide a list of hotels upon request.
